Choose this option for an annual family membership. “Family” is defined as immediate family members only, not extended family. This plan is valid for up to 4 family members, all of whom must sign releases prior to using the gym (17-year olds must be signed for by parents). More than 4 family members – each additional member will be billed at $25 a month.
