Month-to-Month Membership for Families – Military / First Responders

Choose this option for a month-to-month, pay as you go membership for families with military / first responder ID. “Family” is defined as immediate family members only, not extended family. This plan is valid for up to 4 family members, all of whom must sign releases prior to using the gym (17-year olds must be signed for by parents). More than 4 family members – each additional member will be billed at $25 a month.
YOU MUST ATTACH PROOF OF MILITARY/FIRST RESPONDER STATUS WITH A PICTURE OF YOUR ID AT TIME OF CHECKOUT OR WE WILL CANCEL/REFUND YOUR ORDER.
You’ll need to renew your subscription each month with this option by returning here and paying, or by paying at the Sweat Shop.
