Month-to-Month Membership for Families

Choose this option for a monthly recurring family membership. “Family” is defined as immediate family members only, not extended family. This plan is valid for up to 4 family members, all of whom must sign releases prior to using the gym (17-year olds must be signed for by parents). More than 4 family members – each additional member will be billed at $25 a month.

You’ll need to renew your subscription each month with this option by returning here and paying, or by paying at the Sweat Shop.
